Shorter service life
2-layer protection
From320 €
2-layer protection is intended for a shorter service life and more frequent coating renewal.
- Underbody covers, wheels, wheel-arch liners and other plastic parts that interfere with anti-corrosion coating are removed.
- The vehicle is washed with hot water.
- The bodywork is inspected. Corrosion damage to the bodywork or chassis is documented with photos.
- The vehicle is dried with a stream of hot air.
- Doors and other cavities are sprayed with a thin light-brown transparent Rust Stop 80 product, which has strong penetration.
- The underbody is sprayed with a thin transparent Rust Stop 80 product, which has particularly high penetration and adhesion.
- Finally, the vehicle underbody is sprayed with a bronze-coloured finishing layer that makes the surface durable and highly resistant to external road impact.
- Photos of the completed work are taken. Removed vehicle parts are installed back. The vehicle is washed.
Longer service life
“Rust STOP” 4-layer protection

“Rust STOP” 4-layer protection is intended for longer service life and less frequent coating renewal.
- Underbody covers, wheels, wheel-arch liners and other plastic parts that interfere with anti-corrosion coating are removed.
- The vehicle is washed with hot water.
- The bodywork is inspected. Corrosion damage to the bodywork or chassis is documented with photos.
- The vehicle is dried with a stream of hot air.
- Corrosion-affected areas of the underbody are sprayed with a thin, highly penetrating Rust Stop 150 product, which preserves rust and stops its further spread.
- Doors and other cavities are sprayed with a thin light-brown transparent Rust Stop 80 product, which has strong penetration.
- The underbody is sprayed with a thin transparent Rust Stop 80 product, which has particularly high penetration and adhesion.
- After a certain time, the underbody is sprayed once more with a black Rust Stop 216 product to reinforce the protection.
- Finally, the vehicle underbody is sprayed with a bronze-coloured finishing layer that makes the surface durable and highly resistant to external road impact.
- Photos of the completed work are taken. Removed vehicle parts are installed back. The vehicle is washed.

How the work is done
Protection starts with proper preparation
Anti-corrosion coating is more than spraying. For the coating to do its job, the vehicle is prepared step by step and the work follows the specific model coating scheme—from inspection to final reassembly.

Inspection and documentation
The bodywork and chassis are inspected, and any existing corrosion damage is documented in photos.

Accessing the coating areas
Underbody covers, wheels, wheel-arch liners and other parts that block access to key areas are removed.

Washing and drying
The vehicle is washed with hot water and dried with a stream of warm air.

Coating by scheme
Cavities, the underbody and corrosion-affected areas are coated according to the vehicle model scheme and the selected protection level.

Reassembly and documentation
Removed parts are reinstalled, the completed work is photographed and the vehicle is washed.
Frequently asked questions
Practical information before booking
What is the difference between 2-layer and 4-layer protection?
Both options can be chosen for new and used vehicles. The key differences are the number of layers, work process, durability and recommended renewal interval: 2-layer protection has a shorter service life and usually requires more frequent maintenance, while special “Rust STOP” 4-layer protection lasts longer and allows less frequent visits, roughly every three years.
Are all vehicles coated the same way?
The model coating scheme specifies the coating zones, restricted areas and products intended for each zone.
What does the service price depend on?
The price depends on the vehicle model, age, corrosion condition, selected protection level and coating, and the SUVO centre where the work will be carried out.
Is the completed work documented?
Yes. During the work, photos document the vehicle’s condition before coating and after it.
