The car is washed with hot water.

Doors, door hinges and other cavities are sprayed with a thin light brown, transparent product Rust Stop 80, which has a high penetration.
The bottom is sprayed with a thin, transparent product Rust Stop 80, which has an extremely high penetration power and adhesion.
Finally, the bottom of the car is sprayed with a finishing layer (bronze color), which makes the surface durable and particularly resistant to external factors on the road.
Photos of the work are taken.
Removed car parts are refitted.

Special Rust Stop 4-layer protection

Removing bottom guards, wheels, footrests and other plastic parts that prevent the car from being coated with anti-corrosion coating.
The car is washed with hot water.
Body being inspected. The photos show corrosion damage to the body and chassis.
The car is drained by a stream of hot air.
Doors, door hinges and other cavities are sprayed with a thin light brown, transparent product Rust Stop 80, which has a high penetration.
Corrosion-damaged areas at the bottom are sprayed with a thin, especially penetrating product Rust Stop 150, which preserves the rust and stops their further spread.
The bottom is sprayed with a thin, transparent product Rust Stop 80, which has an extremely high penetration power and adhesion.
After a while, the bottom is sprayed again (with black Rust Stop 216) to secure the guard.
Finally, the bottom of the car is sprayed with a finishing layer (bronze color), which makes the surface durable and particularly resistant to external factors on the road.

This is done in a fog and salt chamber, a closed environment, in which the climate is so harsh that it can simulate two years of continuous driving in the fog or rainy weather in only 80 hours. After this test, it is clear if the product works optimally.
